Little Panda Wellness ("we", "us") sells printable PDF guides for gentle exercise. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
When you buy a guide, our payment provider collects your email address and the details needed to process the payment. We receive your email address and the country associated with your order, so that we can deliver the file and answer you if something goes wrong. We do not ask for your name, your address, your phone number, or your date of birth, and the products do not require an account.
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record for these sales. Creem handles card data, tax calculation and receipts. We never see or store your card number. Creem's own privacy policy governs the payment data it holds.
Files are delivered by download link, sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Your email address is used for that delivery and for support replies. We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell or rent your address to anyone.
We keep a record of which order was delivered when, so that we can re-send a file if a download fails. We do not track how you use the PDF afterwards.
This site is a simple product page. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party trackers. If our hosting platform sets a functional cookie to display the page, it is used only for that.
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to baojinye0120@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your email address does not affect an order already delivered, but we will stop holding it for support purposes.
The guides are written for adults aged 60 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
