These terms apply to every purchase from Little Panda Wellness through this site.
A digital file — a PDF — delivered by download link after payment. Nothing is shipped. The description on each product page states what the file contains and how many pages it has.
When you buy a guide, you may read it, print it, and use it for yourself or your household. Your purchase is for one person or one household, or, where a product states it, for one class at one site. You may not resell the file, upload it to a file-sharing service, or distribute copies to people outside that group. Instructor packs state their own licence terms on the licence page inside the file.
The guides describe gentle movement for general wellbeing. They are movement education, not medical treatment, and they cannot assess your individual situation. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or physiotherapist. If you have a condition listed in the safety pages of a guide, speak to a clinician before you start. You take part at your own risk.
We do not promise that any particular result will follow from using these guides. Progress varies between people, and consistency matters more than any single session.
Creem acts as merchant of record. It processes the payment, calculates any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues the receipt. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

We aim to keep every file available and every download link working. If a link expires or a file will not open, write to us and we will send it again at no cost.
The text, layout and illustrations in the guides belong to Little Panda Wellness. Buying a copy gives you the licence described above, not ownership of the content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any protection you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
